ShaBuShi

Welcome to ShaBuShi, where Thai, Hot Pot, and Japanese flavors collide to create a unique dining experience in Los Angeles. Located at 5185 W Sunset Blvd, ShaBuShi offers a range of amenities, from vegan and vegetarian options to wheelchair accessibility and gender-neutral restrooms. This trendy yet casual spot is perfect for groups, kids, and even your furry friends (sorry, no dogs allowed).

As a food reviewer of Restaurant World, I had the pleasure of sampling the dishes at ShaBuShi and must say, I was impressed. Customers rave about the shabu shabu, a hot pot dish that allows you to cook your own meats and vegetables in flavorful broths. The all-you-can-eat option may no longer be available, but the quality of the food remains top-notch.

  • The variety of noodles and vegetables at the "market" section is a standout feature.
  • The sushi selection may be limited, but the shabu shabu steals the show.
  • Don't miss out on the brownie and vanilla ice cream dessert, a perfect ending to your meal.

From the friendly servers to the cozy atmosphere, ShaBuShi exudes a welcoming charm that keeps customers coming back for more. Whether you're a fan of hot pot, sushi, or both, ShaBuShi offers a delightful fusion of flavors that will satisfy your cravings. So why not plan a visit to ShaBuShi and indulge in a culinary adventure unlike any other?

Unfortunately, they removed the all-you-can-eat option from the menu here, which is too bad because it was a great value for really good food including the sushi. I haven't tried the regular menu.

I love this place! Service is amazing, food quality is great, and it was such a lovely experience. I had the SHABU SHABU but everything looked so delicious! I'd definitely come back again. ENJOY! PS: Parking lot is not big, but it can get crowded!

It's our second time at ShaBuShi and this time we brought more family. They just opened on a weekend morning and not all the broths were available (half star off). Our fave broth tasted like Tom yum soup! The all you can eat Shabu Shabu with sushi was a great deal for the money! There were so many meats, toppings, sauces, etc to choose from. For the entry price point, there's limited sushi selection if you like to order more sushi, choose the higher price point. The waiters checked often to see if we want more meats or if the soup gets too hot. The place is tiny so go during off peak hours. There's parking at the strip mall it's on.
